@Fender Player1963 is a Jackass

July 5, 2019
Back then, hard work was rewarded. Now you can work all day everyday and you may be lucky to be able to pay rent in your crappy rat hole apartment. But what do I know? I’m just a lazy millennial. I’ll just go choke on my avocado toast.

T RopE T RopE Magical Thinking. You’re gonna be in for a real let down if your thinking doesn’t make you rich. Is getting rich the only important thing, and are the rich the only ones that deserve to keep their heads above the water? This society needs teachers, nurses, sheet metal workers etc; professions that will never make people rich, but are essential to make our nation run. Nobody is complaining that they’re not rich. They’re complaining that they can’t make ends meet. It’s when you get to the point where workers say, “screw it. It’s not worth it”, that’s when society falls apart.

I dont think the argument is millennials are lazy. Im a parent of 2 millennials. Every parent sees what they felt their parents could have done better with. And we make these adjustments with our children. Millenials came in with hyper marketing of electronic devices in mass quantities. There was the cellphone, cable, laptops, always upgrading. Where my generation grew up with Hitler. No. I literally mean, our parents were products of nazi idealist. It was either produce perfection. Or be locked in your room for 3 months with no tv, no phone, no stereo, no friends. You could come out just 1 hour for dinner time. But had to go back to your room. We had either psychopathic parents, or military parents. So. We try to overcompensate for what we feel are losses. The millennials also had to deal with the single parent generation. This wasn’t ideal either. Although i chose this myself. I now see how its effected my kids. Reality is that all these propaganda shows made us feel inadequate, but motivated us to try harder, and fo better. We love our kids so much we want to take on the world and still protect them. This is my last statement. Things are getting EXTREME in the way thar media is trying to produce heathens out of kids. We are about to get a Childrens Rights bill. DO NOT TRUST IT. ITS ONLY MOTIVATION IS MAKE PEDOPHILIA LEGAL.

Ricardo Franco please do. Millennials are the biggest whiners. Why? You don’t study money. How to make it, multiply it and invest it. Instead you cry about how hard life is. Millenials who have technology and can write 6 lines of code and become billionaires. Millenials who look down on trade school while crying about 150k student loans. Biggest bunch of cry babies…. the only generation that needs safe spaces and crayons.

Fender Player1963 How many millennials do you actually know? Most of the problems they have were created by their parents’ generation. They were aggressively marketed to to go to college by their parents and schools, and they were given the message while growing up that trade school was beneath them. And they do have a right to complain about college costs. I went to public college in the 1980s, and I was able to get Pell Grants no problem. Tuition was so much more affordable that I was able to finance a lot of the cost through my part time job. I graduated in August 1989, and I was able to pay off all my college debts by that December. Fast forward to 2019, my son just graduated from a public college for engineering. We gave him as much financial help as we could, and he got a few scholarships, but he still graduated with 30 thousand in debt. I can assure you it will take more than four months to pay off. Yes, Boomers had it a lot easier than the kids today in that department so don’t be saying that they all feel entitled. In many ways, they have more in common with our depression era grandparents.

Gerald O’Brien Be responsible for yourself. Everyone has had challenges to overcome. I dont hire millennials because it’s been my experience they have no sense of personal responsibility. Life isn’t easy and wanting everything for free will certainly make it harder. There is a reason millennials are called snowflakes. Gen Z is better. I hire them, they work and don’t complain. There is hope yet for America.

I have a master’s degree and live in a homeless shelter because I’m medically limited to a desk job and I’ve had fewer than 30 non-scam responses to over 3,000 job applications. Social Security says that someone with my education who can do a desk job can’t be considered disabled regardless of whether I can actually find one that will take me.

@Fender Player1963 So you’re essentially saying that would tell Stephen Hawking to do hard physical labor if he couldn’t find work in his chosen field. I am not able to stand for extended periods of time without severe pain and debilitating back spasms. I would be a dangerously distracted driver between my sciatica and overactive bladder (helped, but not cured, by medication_. My conditions also include scoliosis that was undiagnosed until I was 29, multiple herniated discs, plantar fasciitis. I also developed gout, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol from eating shelter food. My master’s degree is in film, and I have written five screenplays and three stage plays. I haven’t gotten anyone with any kind of money to read them. You are a neoliberal fool.

@T RopE you can’t think yourself out of poverty. You are not going to become materially successful if your material conditions do not allow it.
Fender Player1963
Scott Andrew Hutchins Absolutely not. TYPICAL. Hawking NEVER felt sorry for himself, unlike Millennials. Lol. Hawking played the hand he was dealt. Millennials cry about the hand they were not dealt. Talk about babies. Hawking’s was NEVER a cry baby demanding free crap, that’s millenials. Biggest bunch of pussies on the planet. They are weak, crybabies, and worthless. No value whatsoever. Zero. And deep inside they know it to be true. What a sad, weak pitiful generation. An embarrassment to the United States. Our weakest generation ever. Pitiful.

Steve Velkos There is working hard and working smart. Guys like Ray Kroc, Dave Thomas, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Jeff Bezos, Henry Ford, and others worked from a place of vision

Sophia Bull crap. Boomers didn’t ruin anything. Incase you are to stupid to see what is right in front of you, let me spell it out for you. The United States Government lies, lies, and lies. We are headed straight to a One World government, currency and dictatorship. The ONLY way for thos to happen is for the Unitrd States to become like every other third rate socialist country. The only way for that to happen is to raise up a generation that is entitled, spoiled, weak, pathetic and will trade capitalism, freedom and the Constitution for communism.

@Fender Player1963 You’re a lying sack of shit, and I’m not a millennial.
Scott Andrew Hutchins
@Fender Player1963 OK You’re just a pathological liar. Millennials don’t want “free” anything. They want their tax dollars going to actually benefit them the way they do in the rest of the developed world rather than squandered on wars of choice that make a few billionaires richer.
